the crate lung co-op missed each other, and missed squeezing into The Future to insult each other and not hear each other well. Plus, there's the added bonus of driving a terrifyingly large vehicle through the ice and snow. so we met @ john and cristie's and drove together in The Future to our show @ Kilby Court.
We did get stuck in a major ice field. But Cristie Gunn-ed it and got us out, after committing a 47 point turn and lots of sliding.
the kids in the backseat were misbehaving, as usual.
we got to kilby, and began the setup. i'm not sure i'd ever been on stage @ kilby, so i danced around for awhile. like, an abnormally long time.
wren kennedy of Bluebird Radio also started setting up:
the evening was not without its casualties: john stepped in a puddle, and his feet got wet and cold. Then he got a little fussy.
